I normally have good experiences at the west Duluth location but tonight was absolutely horrible. The app wasn’t working, I was trying to talk to the kid on the speaker phone he said I needed a manager and to pull around, I get to first window he hands me receipts and shuts the window no direction doesn’t explain so I pull to next window talking to another team member she couldn’t help me so finally a manager comes and she was rude and unprofessional. This place needs to be checked out. Like investigated by McDonald's. There's an employee walking around with a jersey on nothing else showing where he works. They messed up my order and coworkers. One employee just asked to go to lunch and got sent home! Management needs to get their stuff together. As a customer none of that should be seen from my view or ears.
