Waited for 40 minutes never got the food, I just left. This is the second time I waited and waited for service/food with neither being provided. The workers see people and literally hide in the back. One guy with tattoos seems to be the competent one on the entire staff list and is obviously frustrated with management, of which there is below the bare minimum. Terrible restaurant, workers do not ever help customers at the register, they see the customers and go hide in the back. Food takes up to 45 minutes for one item even if ordered for pickup, DoorDash drivers waiting 45 minutes for customer’s food, employees yelling about poop, overstaffed, but never on task.
Been waiting for an eternity. Nobody came to counter to help so I placed order at kiosk. Still waiting without acknowledgement from staff. It took them 20 minutes to get my food. So I took a refund instead. I will take my money somewhere that will appreciate it
This is probably the worst ran mcdonalds in the county, dont go here unless you have too
