I’ve tried coming here multiple times, and every time has resulted in a 20-30 minute wait with them completely forgetting they asked me to pull forward, leaving me stranded an additional 10-15 minutes until I went in and talked to them. The food always comes out mediocre as well, and there are always other people who are upset about their experience and wait time. It got to the point where we turned off the car to conserve gas.
Had to turn off my car to save gas while in the drive thru. Hopefully that says enough, especially considering it happened 3 times.
Ordered through DD. Major parts of order missing. Every single time. Do yourself a favor and go yourself through driver thru to monitor your order. Better yet, go elsewhere.
I am a dasher and every time I pick up at this location the wait is longer than any other location. I heard an employee from the back while I was waiting saying “oh another DoorDash? Im not doing that.” Just rude and terrible customer service. I have been here for almost 10 minutes and my order I’m supposed to pick up isn’t even on the “in progress” screen. It’s not even that busy and they are fumbling MAJOR!
I went there to pick up two doordash orders and they were serving the people in the lobby and the drive-thru before my orders. I waited 20 minutes and they hadn't even started either of my orders. Really unprofessional and it wasn't even busy in the store or drive through. I told multiple staff I was waiting for two orders and they both said that they would work on it and never even did. I ended up having to cancel both orders which means I don't get paid. Plus I wasted a bunch of time for nothing. Definitely not happy
