on feb 1 i ordered McDonald’s on the app for breakfast when I went to pick it up they were closed because of the snowstorm understandable, Now the part that I don’t understand as I’ve literally spent probably 2 1/2 hours with a bunch of phone calls trying to get my money back. I’ll get a call when I’m at work. They’ll give me a number to call back and when I call back, it’s either busier they don’t answer. Came in for 10 McChicken burgers. The cashier was very high!. The guy taking the order couldn't understand because he was high. Another guy from the kitchen section cane out and asking me to pay $50 dollars for my order. Later the shift mamanget Natasha V. Came to assist. This lady really helped and made the transition and order smoother. My order was correctly made and the total amount charge was $21.39. And the kitchen helper wanted to charger $50.
