The Fries were crispy and hot 🔥. The drinks are always on point and the staff doesn't get angry when you point something out. I just try to be courteous and not rude.
on feb 1 i ordered McDonald’s on the app for breakfast when I went to pick it up they were closed because of the snowstorm understandable, Now the part that I don’t understand as I’ve literally spent probably 2 1/2 hours with a bunch of phone calls trying to get my money back. I’ll get a call when I’m at work. They’ll give me a number to call back and when I call back, it’s either busier they don’t answer. Poor customer services. Very slow on making & giving out orders. Took them twenty minutes to make & hand me my order. Which I was a mobile order.
