I’ve never been so unhappy with a McDonalds before. It’s freezing in here, my coke was handed to me Luke warm, no fizz and no ice it’s been sitting there for atleast 20 mins. My nuggets were cold? Fries were stale. I don’t understand how you get to this point. Unhappy customer. There’s a reason I drive my kids to red deer for McDonald’s and not here.
Ordered an Oreo McFlurry at the drive through this evening. It has been a while since I've had a McFlurry, but historically they have always had the toppings mixed into the soft serve. This was simply a paper cup of soft serve with a scoop of crushed Oreos on top. Disappointing.
Breakfast Burritos, Sandwiches being pre-made, Tortilla, Bread, dried out, not Fresh. Items need to be prepared fresh per order, not sit under heat lamp for Hour. Will forword concerns to Corporate office.
