Came here once last week. They had me pull to spot 1 because food wasn't done. Not one car behind me. 27 minutes later I get my food. Fast forward to today. 11:30am. Lunch rush. Once again food isn't done. "They're waiting on fries" I paid for my order at 11:36am. Yiu would think with it being lunch time, they would continually make fries to stay ahead. I use to work at McDonald's. The concept isn't hard. No wonder people go to Chic-fil-a
Turn off their app at rush times so I couldn't get the Penguins deal, and this was multiple days this week. Really terrible service, borderline false advertising
