Hate the ordering machines. Can't get to check out. I just go to the counter to order

I witnessed racism at this store, and the staff are innocent but powerless because management is toxic, controlling, and abusive. Customers get rude, careless service while employees suffer in a hostile workplace. Avoid this store, corporate needs to step in immediately.
