I had a really disappointing experience this morning at the drive-thru at McDonald's near the mall. The employee (I believe her name was Raman) was extremely rude. When I told her that the coffee she handed me wasn’t mine, she rolled her eyes and walked away from the window without saying anything. On top of that, I was also given the wrong food order.

Well, where should I start? The staff is not welcoming, but the worst part is that the restrooms are closed. Nothing justifies this. The McDonald’s franchise should not allow this. Unacceptable.

I just can not understand why at a fast food drive through I have to go wait for my order to be brought out to me when there's no one else behind me and even so that not why I use a drive through. The orders where all messed up instructions where not good or even sensible one person seemed to be confusing other people. Waited while 5 from behind us got their orders. Finally had to go in and reorder and wait again. Not how a drive through works, hard to understand employees make the process slow and frustrating at best. Order... read more
