Well, where should I start? The staff is not welcoming, but the worst part is that the restrooms are closed. Nothing justifies this. The McDonald’s franchise should not allow this. Unacceptable.
I just can not understand why at a fast food drive through I have to go wait for my order to be brought out to me when there's no one else behind me and even so that not why I use a drive through. The orders where all messed up instructions where not good or even sensible one person seemed to be confusing other people. Waited while 5 from behind us got their orders. Finally had to go in and reorder and wait again. Not how a drive through works, hard to understand employees make the process slow and frustrating at best. Order... read more
Do not use the app for your order at this location. The employees dont seem to understand it and have double charged me multiple times on my orders. Dont understand as it seems to work flawlessly everywhere else
Waited well over 10 minutes at the 3rd window for one item and 2 sides. Service is always incredibly slow
