Went to pick up an order and their computer wasn’t working and had to leave because I was going to be late to work if I stayed. Came back the following morning and explained the situation in detail and showed my receipt. Told them to watch cameras, I did not get my food! Said they couldn’t do anything about it. It guess it was my fault their computers weren’t working. Terrible service!
Order my food thru the drive thru you take my money then I pull up for you to say the hash browns aren’t done go sit in the # 3 parking spot! No get your act together and be faster. Theres 20 people standing around on there phones. Maybe one of them would have a clue to get faster!!!
The staff is horrible. They always mess up our order! Everytime we bring it to their attention they give us attitude like it's our fault. I just spoke with the manager and she was very unprofessional, raised her voice and gave me attitude. I had to remind her I'm the customer. I was more calm than her when I should've been the one upset and yelling. Just the worst customer service ever.
