I came in tonight after work and ordered a 20-piece nugget meal. I was told I couldn’t order that?, so instead I ordered two 10-piece nugget meals with large drinks, fries, and extra sauces for each meal. I also added a cheeseburger as part of the deal. When I got home, I realized I was missing an entire 10-piece nugget meal, including the fries and sauces, and the fries I did receive were the wrong size. I am writing to report a highly unprofessional and concerning experience at this location. I ordered a BLT Quarter Pounder, which tasted off and potentially contaminated. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, her response was dismissive and focused on how much of the burger I had eaten rather than the food safety concern itself. Cumberland St. Location, across from the Marina - They need to close the dining room. There were drunks passed out at the tables. They were drinking alcohol in plain view and yelling and swearing. One was throwing up in the waste container and the place smelled of urine. The staff have no support to deal with this mess and it was just renovated. This is not an exaggeration.
