Terrible experience. I know general service has tanked at fast food places since the pandemic but this was a whole other level. The worker was rude the whole time while taking my order. I tried to be friendly regardless but then I waited about 15 minutes and we moved to the front because our food wasn’t being called out. Slowest McDonalds in history. 38 minutes in a drive thru to serve 6 vehicles.
We ordered chocolate ice cream for our child, but they gave us one with barely half a gram of chocolate. We asked them to remake it because it didn’t look like what we ordered, but they acted as if it was fine. Eventually, they started to redo it — and it turned out they had just run out of chocolate. So basically, they were trying to deceive us.
My order came with attitude!
