I would like to comment on a positive customer service experience I had this morning at the following macdonalds location. I ordered a latte, however upon arriving to the second window was notified that machine broke. It was disappointing, but the way the situation was handled is the reason for a 5 star review. I was reimbursed for the latte right away and was offered a complimentary coffee. It was a proper way of handling customer service and does not always happen this way.
