Went through the drive through late at night. The person working was rude and couldn’t even be bothered to form a full sentence to take our order. We weren’t offered or given any sauces for our chicken nuggets and the poutine we ordered was SWIMMING in gravy to the point that it was inedible. This location does not live up to the already dwindling quality of McDonalds overall.
Terrible service. Twice I have ordered on the mobile app to this location and neither order was fulfilled. First one was never received but yet my payment was taken and second order was apparently made and set to pick up and then ‘tossed’ because it was ‘too long’. The time from order placed to pick up was 15 mins. The people working couldn’t offer more explanation or couldn’t understand English? Either way, disgusting service and location.
Please ask your staff to wear gloves when making burgers.
