Worst customer service experience. The staff were rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. The order took far too long to prepare, and the overall service was extremely slow and disorganized. The employees clearly need better training in customer service and handling orders efficiently. Very disappointing experience.
Been standing here for 15 minutes waiting for a coke zero. I was the only person here when I ordered, and they've now served five people behind me. Still waiting.
Staff tried to steal phone that was left on table....customer handed it in and when confronted staff member said there was no phone and then came around the corner with it ringing in his hand...
Forgot my Jr. Chicken. And this one guy couldn’t tell me where the bathroom was.
