I visited McDonald’s around 9:00 PM on Thursday, February 6th after purchasing my usual double double coffee. I’ve been going to McDonald’s regularly for coffee because it’s normally consistent and well prepared, but this time it was not even close. As soon as I tried the coffee, I noticed it tasted burnt. Very poor experience. As an Uber Eats driver, I had to wait an extremely long time for the order to be prepared. Nothing was ready when I arrived, and the staff did not communicate properly about the delay. On top of that, when drivers ask for updates, they give bad reports on our Uber driver accounts. This is unfair and unprofessional. Worst experience.

Very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald's early in the morning. I ordered a double-double coffee, and it was almost cold when I received it. Coffee should be hot, especially first thing in the morning. After drinking just a little, I started feeling acidity and discomfort, which completely ruined my day. This is not what I expect from a place that serves coffee all day. Poor quality control and careless preparation. I won't be coming back if this keeps happening. Worker name seema
