Gen was rude.
This location is the worst McDonald in the world, the store inside is just so chaotic, no one support the counter, and I have waited for 20mins and the girl saw us lining up and just don’t care, only 1 guy with blond hair to help us, ridiculous.
The manager Janelle is extremely rude and dismissive. Now I understand why the team has such poor customer service skills. They have a terrible manager. This McDonald's is the worse one I have ever been to in Canada. Women and children should avoid it for safety concerns. At this McDonald's it's ok for men to verbally and almost physically attack you while staff stand by and do nothing. Service is slow,food is terrible and you wait at least 15 minutes to get a tea.
