Terrible service did not bring burgers and fries from the order! Just drinks! Did you make a new order, didn't bring burgers again! It's just terrible, if it were possible to put 0 stars, I would do so
Was there at 6:30pm… November 2, 2025 SUNDAY to redeem my points for a “ Free” Big Mac…. 6000 points of the 26000 plus points I have accumulated … the cashier was completely puzzled by the word “Redeem” ….. the the manager Rhonda … huge lady with a bad attitude and a doo rag on…. Assured me all you do is accumulate points and you can’t do it in the restaurant. 🤷♂️🤷♂️ My question to her was “ Why would anyone want to just accumulate points without a Reward..??
