the evening service is awful! They're so unprofessional and rude. They do not care how long it takes to serve you. The young staff that works at giving you food will never greet you typically there's at least two to four people standing there on their phones, they shove the bag at you and shut the window. No drink carriers! I was NOT happy about putting 4 large drinks in my brand new car without a carrier. Thank you Chelsea! She solved the problem with a door dash bag. MUCH APPRECIATED and my car stayed pristine!
On 3/21/2025 at approximately 9:50 pm the young lady with the red hair sweeping and mopping the lobby needs a class in professionalism. I asked to speak to a manager about my order that was messed up and the curse words that came from her mouth was atrocious. To see how young the manager was , I can see why she felt it was ok to use such language..
I wasn't going to put a review whatsoever but this is nasty! I found many hairs in my vanilla iced coffee. I order mine special so I know that irritates the employees! The manager and cashier were super nice to me about this issue. But could hear the other employees in the back talking about me and how I was lying.
