Flabbergasted that they lock the lobby doors because school is let out. I’m damn near 40 and couldn’t get access because of some kids. Wild. I’ll never come to this location again

I stopped by this location this morning because I was craving a sausage & cheese McGriddle, a hash brown, and a coffee. When I arrived, I was able to order right away, and there were only two cars in front of me, which was great. I placed my order, paid, and was asked to pull up to spot #2 because they were waiting on hash browns. I said okay and specifically asked them to please include ketchup. This McDonald's need more help. They constantly forget stuff in the order. Employees seem to busy and cannot handle the amount of business the location brings. The students from the local school brings chaos when school let's out. They try to control it but sometimes it does not work. I go there for convenience.. always checking my order and never go on a school day, unless it is drive thru . Hope them the best. Maybe hire some more people.
