I ordered on the app 6 breakfast items at 10:56 AM. I drove to McDonald’s and was in the drive-through to pick up the food by 11:01 After waiting for five minutes to be served, they told me there was a problem with my order. So I waited another five minutes in line for them to tell me Because it’s after 11 o’clock, I can’t get my meals. Weekend breakfast. Surprised there aren't many customers inside.
Waited 20 minutes for pickup. The staff had to ask FOUR separate times what my order was because they couldn’t remember something that simple. Eventually just walked out, that was the most pathetic staff I have ever come across
They completely get orders wrong. Entire orders!
