Update it just got worse,it's been about 1 months now the the soda machine is still not working and the employees give you a hard time about refills and when we pay for a meal to eat in is on logical that we drink as much as we want that's what we pay for and not be restricted by non speaking English folks with attitudes so yes this place Is a still hit or miss , really depends on who's workings to get proper customer service n the food done right...
I was here a week ago and ordered two steak and egg bagels and was given bacon and egg bagels. I called more than 10 times and no answer. This morning 7/1/25 I go and order two steak and egg bagels talked to one of the managers to inform them that no one answered the phone last week when I called and she flat out told me that the difference in price is .50 cents and that they always answer the phone which is bull crap.
