Any time I order, whether it be drive through or mobile app, I’m asked to pull forward and it takes about 4 to 5 cars to pass me before I’m able to get my food.

The waiting time for the drivers is widely long and the staff sees you and they don’t attend you and if they do they make a bad face 😡
