Mistakes happen, but when I place a delivery order twice in a row and my sweet and sour sauces are missing both times, there is a flaw in quality control. So frustrating!
Ordered extra mayo, cashier didn't let me know it was extra (IDC if it's extra but let the customer know)... Sandwich barely had any mayo at all when I started eating..... Also had to pick out a bunch of brownies and wilted lettuce pieces.... Only good part, I got thru the drive thru fairly quickly
took them 15 minutes after arrived to bring the order because they didnt start the order within the 5 mins it took me to arrive there. also the employee said he'd talk to us and then abandoned the line
I ordered a Crispy Chicken deluxe. When I opened it, there was a tad bit of sauce on the sandwich, most of the lettuce UNDER the sandwich and I could have sworn it came with cheese. But anyway, it looked like someone was in a big hurry and just threw it together. It was my mistake for not checking it before I drove off.
