Hot, fast and accurate!
I love eating McDonald's and have been a big fan forever! But recently they've upgraded and remodeled all the McDonald's near me and the service is horrible forget it takes you at least 5 minutes or so to get a refill on your drink and the lineups are also much longer than they used to be. I thought by remodeling all these stores the service would improve but it's actually much worse than it used to be and you don't have that McDonald's atmosphere that they used to have. food was cold, workers were playing around and forgot to bring out our drinks and the toys that are supposed to be included in the meal. It wasn't very clean inside either, the tables were all covered in crumbs and it wasn't very busy + there were plenty of employees who could take care of that
