There are certain females that work here that are extremely rude every single time I encounter them. It's frustrating when you're out in public & the people that are CHOOSING to work with the public just have to be condescending, rude, disrespectful to others. I ordered french fries that were supposed to be lightly salted. I asked at the window to make sure and the guy assured me they were. He lied to my face because they were actually heavily salted, to the point they were inedible. They were also over cooked and rubbery so they clearly had been sitting way too long.
You'll either get your order messed up or it'll take 10+ minutes for a burger and fries.
Worker made rude comments to me and my friend while we were sitting in the parking lot ordering off the app. Also got out of her truck and was cussing and being rude. The comments she made towards us were disrespectful and honestly just rude especially since we been at the hospital all night and morning. with my mother which is not doing the greatest. Maybe this worker needs to go to some customer service training or not make assumptions!
