Food is great. Sadly last few times I have ordered thru the pickup option in the app. My order is wrong. Maybe a misunderstanding, or just not enough attention is brought to the cooks. Today I purchased a bacon quarter pounder. it’s missing bacon. The other day I ordered a deluxe. No lettuce or tomato. Frustrating because I shouldn’t have to double check my food. I shouldn’t have to drive all the way back and negotiate. It’s little things.
Just waited in drive thru for 10 min to get chicken biscuit. Finally went in..they scrambled found the bag sitting there..handed it to me with no apology no nothing..wow!! Glad I checked they would never had discovered it. And it was not busy.
