Recent visit to this Stafford location was very disappointing. Several staff members were noticeably rude and seemed angry at customers for simply placing an order. The customer service is always very poor especially those who gives the food out, there was no friendliness or basic courtesy. It honestly felt like there was no manager on duty.
I went through the newly renovated drive thru this past Saturday. My order was correct, but the French fries were cold, soggy and greasy. I threw the fries away. I was very disappointed. But overall, the rest of my meal (Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese and no onions).
