3 cars ordered ahead of me that arrived after me in the other lane and then when there were no more cars left my order was still not taken! What is the point of having more than one lane for orders if they’re only going to take orders from one side ! This has happened multiple times!
The grease they were using for the fries was extremely dark, and the fries I received looked the same, dark, greasy, and unappetizing. When I asked about it, they handed me another batch that looked just as bad and insisted they had “just come up.” The manager came over with a very rude, snarky attitude and asked if I wanted new fries.
