This is the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonalds. Very slow service and it took me five minutes to get someone’s attention about a missed item in the bag.
Every time we make a mobile order, they never get us our food at less than seven minutes and they always get the food wrong. We just did curbside, and it took us fifteen minutes and going inside to get our food while six cars got their food after us in the driver thru. And the coke was flat and watered down bc they probably filled it at the start of our order then forgot us. .One of these days will learn to stop eating out.
Horrible McDonalds. On a drive thru order they did not give me my order and did not provide a receipt (illegal). After finding out they gave me the wrong order, they refused to refund me the purchase because - no receipt. I tried to call and get a refund and they told me to drive back in while I am at work. Horrible. Will never return. They also hung up on me twice refusing to listen.
