I cannot remember a time when I've waited less than 10 minutes at this drive thru. They ask you to pull forward then it takes 2-3 people asking "What was your order?".

it seems ever since the remodel nothing has been the same! last week i went in for to ice cream sundaes around 3pm on a weekday. i saw a few other people waiting including uber eats. i waited 20 MINUTES for 2 ice creams!!!!!!!!!!!! the staff is extremely rude like the people at the front counter are a burden they barely even come up to the front. in my 20 minute wait it seemed only the drive through mattered. Typical fast food, one of the only places in the area that’s open 24/7. They are very slow, and have you pull around to the front to make their ticket times seem shorter. They are very short with you and rude. Don’t be surprised if their credit card machine is down or they down have certain food items. If this wasn’t right outside of the base there’s no way they’d still be open. There’s literally 5 cars waiting in the parking lot for their food right now, with NO cars at the pay window. Good luck.

Macdonald at this location needs to do something with the homeless people going inside to used the bathroom and sitting Is not safe I don't feel save .Maybe they need put a lock for the bathroom For customer only
