So I was told to pick up replacement fries and was then treated like I was trying to steal fries because the manager that told me to tell them I spoke to her was on vacation. Then I was asked why did I wait so long to get my fries? Well I don't eat out like that and it was a week later due to my work schedule.

Ordered double cheeseburger with extra onions. They went way beyond extra onions. I don't understand why anytime you request extra, you either get less than normal or you get 3x extra. Either way, it's infuriating.
Kids just goofing off, always cold soggy fries. Forgot my sauce. (No apology) Bagged terribly. Filthy, disgusting bathroom. Same with the floors and the soda machine.
