Ice cream machine “broke”
Says it’s 24 hours, except when they decide to switch between dinner and breakfast…. Do not list the place open or accepting orders if you’re not actually going to honor that time. You’re wasting your customers time. Just close for that time period and shut off ordering in the app.
One of the WORST McDonald's anywhere Period...no menu at the register....no drinks have to wait until you get your meal is bullshit! Stingy for refills....food was Cold...do yourself a favor and go to BK or Arby's across the street...
They NEVER get our orders right. They NEVER answer their phone. Their customer service is abysmal. Worth driving farther away to the linden rd one.
Worst customer service here, we went in to order and not one person said anything to my family. Three of them talking looked at us and then looked away and continued their conversation. We waited for 5 min till someone approached us and still didn’t say anything. Just stood there waiting for us to order.
