New Update. People taking orders do not care and that’s what happens when you don’t hire the right people. have updated my review to be fair and open. Employees are a hit or miss for nice or rude. But like I always say it’s McDonalds.
Horrible customer service. They don't know how to process your order and give you what you paid for. AM staff is sharp, but PM staff is straight garbage.
This McDonalds decided to use Coldstat Refrigeration from Paramus, NJ to do repairs, most likely at a very low cost. With the reputation that Coldstat Refrigeration has, I no longer trust any of the refrigeration within this McDonalds. You have been warned.
