It's a busy restaurant almost always but I usually get my order in less than 10mins when it's busy. About a minute when not busy and gets me fresh food.
Tried to use Alaska Airlines voucher. Was told scanner didn’t work. It was kinda like the ice cream machine is broken. Didn’t want to hand enter the numbers.
Service is painfully slow. Tried to grab a bite to eat before catching a 6-hour flight and anxiously watched 15 minutes go by as I waited for my order to be ready. Ended up having to abandon my order, but unable to get it refunded on the app because it was “already being prepared” which is what the app was saying the entire time I waited.
