Terrible location. Burnt fries that taste like they were fried in gross oil and the classic "ice cream machine broke".
Lots of laughing over the mic while I was ordering. Then the guy at the window basically threw my food to me. He said, Here's your food, then shut the window and looked away. Despite me being polite and saying please and thank you. They apparently don't know those words. 12/23/2025 I've been going back here for the last 6 month or so and it has been great. The service was slow although the food was fresh so that’s a positive and the staff was great!
Badly understaffed. Workers trying their best. The kiosk ordering sucks. Go back to the 80s and have actual employees with smiles taking orders
