If I could give a zero rating I would! Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes and the line did not move once. This location always has issues with mobile orders and the app period. It is ridiculous and needs to be fixed. I had to cancel my order and now have to wait 1-7 days for a refund. Not at all what I want to do after getting off work. What a waste of time. Tighten up!

If i could leave 0 i would; i got off work after a 15 hour shift to grab my son breakfast. Went through the drive-thru and waited 15 min in the 2nd lane; only to have them take orders from the 1st lane (* 2 orders in 15 minutes might i add, 1 of which had arrived 8 minutes after i had*). So I pulled forward to speak to someone, to address an issue they might not be aware of.
