Almost 10 min in drive thru an no one taking orders!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst McDonald's in all of hampton
I come here often because I work not too far down the road, I’ve had issues with getting the wrong order, missing random things like fries or a straw, rude second window, and normally I don’t complain. But today I spent my lunch break waiting for my order, getting back to work, and finding half of the burger missing. Big Mac, most recognizable fast food item in the world. How do you even do this wrong?
This is for the manager on duty . October 20 2026 at 855 pm. While maintaining a smile and being pleasant as can be Ms. Kia held her composure while guiding the younger crew members ,worked the register, the window and the grill all in my brief encounter. I wish I had 5 of her on my team!! Absolutely a leader!!
