The lady working was very rude. I asked for a water and she just stared at me for a second didn't say anything and then rolled her eyes at me and heavily sighed.
Customer service is always top tier!! Smiles and kindness! However, tonight I ordered a hot fudge Sunday and instead of hot fudge, it was just chocolate syrup in the bottom of the cup. If you don’t have the ingredients to make something on the menu, let the customer know! Don’t have me out here paying for something I never wanted in the first place.

This location may be the worst I've visited. My order is wrong at least 50% of the time. That's bad enough. Today I waited 35 minutes for my order before requesting a refund and leaving. Manager Trevor is more concerned with keeping drive-thru times low than serving customers in the lobby. At least 25 customers were served after I ordered. There were several other tables waiting just as long. I'll go elsewhere from now on.
