They are constantly forgetting sauces. FYI. Went again in the freezing cold. They forgot all of our fries, 2 bottles of water, and we had to run back and get them. Aside from that the food we did get was awfully presented. My burger was folded in half and another sandwich had a loose pickle in the wrapper. It looks like no one there could possibly care any less about making the food look like garbage.
Unacceptable service. Staff is negligent, orders are constantly wrong, and the wait times are ridiculous. This place clearly proves why automation would be better than repeated human error.
