Drive thru, microphone to place our order nice, clear and loud. Customer service is always professional and friendly.
I've ordered from this McDonald's multiple times through DoorDash since it's the closest one to me. Usually, they make innocuous screw-ups like forgetting to add BBQ sauce. Annoying, but I'll live. At worst, they'll forget to add bacon to my quarter pounder or some other mistake with my order. Well in this case, they not only managed to get my order wrong by forgetting to add onions and bacon, they served me a completely undercooked burger. I can tolerate incompetence. Mistakes happen.
