If I could give zero stars that would be to much. It’s almost like the people that work there are zombies with no cognitive thought. They messed up my last order 3 times in row….the same order. They usually don’t get the order right but I’ve never had the same order made 3 different times and still messed up. There were at least 20 people working and took an hour to end up with the wrong order. Save time and drive to a different location!
If it's was possible to give a lower rating I would. 35 minutes to get 2 regular cheeseburgers at the counter at 1130 in the morning. 17 crew in the back 6 in the drive thru ZERO at the counter. Seriously just close the dining room if you are going to ignore it like this. Every table is dirty. 2 soda fountains 1 works for ice because the 2nd leaks water so instead of fixing they just shut it off. I ordered two happy meals and they didn’t come with the fries. This is the second time this has happened. The staff was nice however.
