I would like to say thank you to the young lady that brought the order to spot 3 around 1:35pm on 9/22. She was the only employee in the establishment that appeared to be working and cared about customer service. I should have asked her what her name was. I ordered two basic dollar menu sandwiches on the app at around 12:45. At 1:10 the app stated my order had been brought out curb side and it closed out my order. By 1:30 I still didn't have my food. Gross!!! I waited over forty minutes for a fish sandwich. I should have left but I had already paid for it and didn't realize I'd waited THAT long. There was almost no customer's there! And they had tons of people in the back! I'm confused as to what the delay was. I now understand why people keep leaving reviews stating this particular McDonald's made them SICK.
