Ordered using the kiosk, paid using the kiosk. When i picked up my order from the counter it was missing a drink, nugget sauce and the happy meal toy. When I asked for these things that I ordered i was met with an attitude like I had forget to fill the order. The hamburger buns were hard (old?) And burnt.
Ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin with two hashbrowns and received an egg McMuffin with four hashbrowns. The sandwich was thrown together with the egg and ham half off of it. The drive-through staff was clearly not paying attention and whoever was making the sandwiches did not care about quality
The drive-through is efficient, but the in-store experience is very different. I stood at the counter for several minutes without acknowledgment, despite multiple staff members nearby and walking right past me more than once. I eventually had to call out to get help. The staff seems to have to work very fast due to customer volume, and they are well staffed just need some service training.
