Went here tonight anround 10pm and the young lady and young gentleman were very nice but the manager (they told us her name was Ms.Sherri) had a disgusting attitude. We asked for our fries to be remade while we were waiting on cookies, she snatched them out of our hand, and said “you need to pull up”. She literally snatched the fries and placed the cookies in my friends hand. Unprofessional disgusting behavior!
It was fine. Fries were cold and soggy. Not the usual crisp and hot.
Horrible. Rude employees. Who ever owns this location needs to hire better people to work. These folks don’t care about anything. They are extremely rude and slow. They need to stay off their phones and do their jobs correctly. Saw a delivery driver come to pick up an order and didn’t even know which bag was hers because they did not put the receipt on outside of bag so nobody knew which one was theirs and the employee was extremely rude about to her about it. Idk who made the double quarter pounder I just picked up 20 minutes ago but it was the best one I’ve ever eaten. Give that person a raise.
