As soon as I walked in an employee asked if I needed to order- friendly. We stopped for breakfast while traveling. Cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen in a McDonald's.
I tried to get a single happy meal for curbside pickup and they cancelled my order repeatedly. Once before I got there and twice after I arrived while I watched them serve others in the curbside pickup. I had to go across the interstate to the other McDonalds to get my son's happy meal while risking being late for my appointment. An error on the app refused to let me put the curbside number in at the other store but at least I could still go in and grab my son's meal with the staff's assistance even if that meant carrying a ... read more
Literally the worst customer service I've ever been exposed to in a McDonald's. It's sad bc we came in and immediately we were ignored. I know it's early 6:33am but it's your JOB to offer great customer service. I feel bad for these employees bc for them to have such a negative attitude towards customers just sad. I pray that they change their attitude towards customers. And hope this review gets addressed correctly.
