worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Workers are rude. They most definitely take there time. Don’t go here if you’re on a time crunch. The people are just going to piss you off and make you wait.
Ordering a large water, and willing to pay for it do to the Monopoly event going on. They well ask if u want soda instead mcdonald's dose not like people getting healthy. I just wanted to play the event but seems I got to dump out the pop in there driveway just to play. Maby they need to update there system. Bad time I would rather just drive to holland.
Im not sure when mcdonalds started to forget about their dine in customers. I get it drive there is suppose to be faster. But when it takes 25 minutes to get your food from inside come on. It's not a sit down restraunt. It's fast food. Tons of people are getting sick of it. The other day I was in and we clocked it. Every time we come here our bet is to see how many items are missing from an order.
The young lady at the cash register was extremely nice and friendly, I wish I would have gotten her name. Will go there again.
