I’ve worked fast food and I understand the busy lunch hours and how stressful that can get but the manager Steven or Stephen(however you spell it 🙄) needs to learn some people skills or find a job elsewhere. There is absolutely no reason this “manager” should have not once but twice called Stephanie out and said “instead of standing around and looking at front counter I have an order for you to run out.” Suggestions you could have said instead: “Hey Stephanie, if you’re not busy could you please run this order out for me?” ... read more
Doesn’t matter if I order on the mobile app or at the drive thru I some how ALWAYS waiting on my food while people behind us get their food first. Grand haven McDonalds use to be great service.
