Needs new managment. They are always hiding in the back. More worried how they look instead of working and being responsible. Losing alot of business.

Have not been since they did away with the mocha frappe
First off, the staff is very rude. The coke machine was out and I was told to get something else. The ketchup dispenser was out, nobody cared. No one called out order number. They just put the food on the counter and left it. Second, the food was cold, see above. The French fries had no seasoning and tasted like last years oil! Finally, we had our grandchild with us.
