I always order mobile, always wait at this location for food. Horrible service, food is cold 60% of time. Not fast food. Came back again, ordered using app, went thru drive thru been waiting 25 minutes for coffee.
I ordered 4 sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins when i got to work i found they had put the dry disgusting folded egg instead of the round steam egg on all of my sandwiches. When i called they said "I should have been told" that there machine was down. She told me if i brought the sandwiches back she would refund me, not she will put me on a list to give me the credit for the sandwiches when there machine was working, just return them and ill refund your money.
