I’ve been here several times recently, so my review is a summation of all my visits. Whether it’s drive thru or inside, it always seems to get backed up constantly. I think an issue might be communication within the team: a store can only operate when everyone is working towards the end goal. I have been asked a few times to double confirm my order after placing it. I’d say the drive thru is worse, waiting on average longer than at other McDonald’s locations. Manager woman on shift today at 330 pm is terrible and the whole team seems confused. Highly recommend you drive the extra few minutes to another chain
