They don’t know what they are doing
I ordered one item and ended up getting something completely different. Customer service was terrible, and they messed up my order twice. Even after pulling away from the drive-thru, we realized the order was still wrong. To top it off, this is what they considered a “caramel sundae”—as you can see from the photo, it was barely filled, and they claimed that’s just how McDonald’s makes them now. This is unacceptable for what customers pay. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this McDonald’s.
They forgot my lettuce and tomato and I paid for it
