I used to think this was the best McDonalds in the area. But for some reason lately every single time I come to the drive thru I have to pull up and wait and about half of those times my order is incorrect. When I do pickup the orders seem to be wrong or missing items about 2/3rds of the time. So I guess giving them a few extra minutes to verify the order is correct (even though it still has a 50 50 chance to be wrong) does result in a statistical increase in overall correctness. I was told that I'm at the wrong location for pickup even though it was the right location. When I went in to clarify the girl would not even take a look at my phone to verify the address or order code.
The facility was very pleasant and clean. The staff friendly and professional.
