store was nasty, roaches everywhere, everyone was a hotmess people on facetimes hair out acting stupid, jayden was off the clock and clocked back in to help get all the orders out he was super helpful and deserves a raise and probably a lambo

This Mcdonalds used to be so friendly and the food was usually right. But a few days ago I ordered a cheeseburger with no pickle, extra onions, but I got a cheeseburger with no patty. Of course thats not a big deal so we went back to ask them for a new burger. The lady at the window said that there's " no way" that they forgot it, basically that we were lying about the patty. Arrived to the store at 10:50, sat at the speaker until 11:01 when someone came on the speaker and said "sorry we're closed". Posted closing time was 12:00, but even if it was changed to 11, no reason to waste my time. If the business isn't going to serve, just tell me when I get there
