Tonight I ordered a mcdouble value meal which is supposed to be a small Coke. Small fries, 4 chicken nuggets and a mcdouble. It is supposed to cost $6. Instead, they charge me full price for the mcdouble. Full truck price for a medium fry and full price for medium Coke. And I and I did not get any chicken nuggets. So instead of paying $6 + tax I paid 8.17+tax and did not get one of the items I wanted.
Fighting the age old battle of telling them what you want and they give you something completely different.
Came in for food and the food was good, but the customer service was awful I've worked McDonald's before I understand it's stressful however customer service is a big part of what draw people in.
