2 rating only because of the slow drive thru
I ordered a carmel frappe and brewed coffee at the drive thru. I was told that they were out of fresh brewed coffee and had to make more(understandable and not a problem). We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru stall before the drinks arrived. The brewed coffee was colder than room temperature. I went inside and they gave me a hot cup. I politely expressed my frustration to the manager and she said "sorry about that". I was expecting a little more than that to make it right.
