I am writing to share a recent experience at one of your locations that left me frustrated and disappointed. I placed a very simple order … A single McDouble. I waited at the drive-thru window for approximately two to three minutes. When the employee finally opened the window, I was asked to pull forward and wait “a few more minutes.” I politely declined and said I was fine staying where I was. I ordered through the app, and got that new double cheesey burger with the crispy onions and a poutine. I recieved the absolute tiniest portion of poutine that didn't even fill half the container, with just a splash of gravy and the burger only had one patty on it when the app clearly shows two. I thought I was crazy for a minute and I had to reopen the app to double check. I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to people unless it's just to not order from this location.

Disgusting, unclean and stale food at this location. To top it off, people in the drive thru are not serviced based on their arrival order. Badly managed franchise.

the two older ladies working right now (friday january 9th 2025 @ 9:30 pm) one of which does the front counter and the other does whatever. anyways it’s not hard to correct a customer but they are simply disrespectful. the attitude, eye rolls, and lack of manners shocks me as i’m just a young girl. even though they were collectively rude to me i still said thank you and BOTH walked away and said nothing i had to repeat myself and say i said thank you and she couldn’t even turn around she rudely said you’re welcome and kept w... read more
