They have a hard time completing custom orders. It took them four tries to get it right. The floor manager, I'm assuming, wasn't even apologetic. I guess this is what you get from these places.
paid a good amount of money for the new rosti burger combo with a large fry… my fry was half full and the burger was missing the hashbrown! defeats the whole point of the burger… absolutely ruined my night. i paid all that extra money for the most disappointing meal ever.
