Today is the last time I go here which is unfortunate because I live just a few minutes away. The morning team is always rude. Customer Service is lacking big time they never take accountability for always messing up your order. Coffee has been luke warm and If you ask for something you get dirty looks with attitude they rush you out of the drive thru and it's never their fault. I was a loyal customer I would start my day here but no more bad mornings for me I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere !
This McDonald’s is always very clean, and the workers are consistently friendly. Definitely one of the best McDonald’s locations in the area! Thank you!!!
They've been good with most. Foods as expected, morning drive thru has been good over the years. What made me write a review is I have never been able to get a frappe from this location. And I have tried multiple times at different times of the day. I have always been told it is down or its cleaning. But its been months so I got concerned.
Address 75th and naper Blvd in market place plaza went for Breakfast had a bad experience ,terrible service employee was rude. my food because I didn't order on kias my food eggs look like they clean the floors then gave it to me evil. gave me a biscuit that was left over old look dirty. Placed my order on the app. App marked me *at the restaurant* when I was making the turn from Naper Blvd. Got there at 10:59pm - when they were still *open*. They turned the system off *after* I was at the drive-thru window. I *saw* it switch off. Absolutely disgusting service. In this country, "Open til 11pm" means they *serve* people who get there at 10:59. *Especially* when the order is already in the system *and* the app marked the potential customer as *there*.
