Everytime without fail when i order in advance through the app when i get to drive thru im always sent to a spot to wait. Why if the system is not working correctly is that the first question that is asked? "Will you be using the mobile app today?"i have had to wait anywhere from 5 mins on the rare chance all the way to 15 mins. Ridiculous considering multiple cars order more behind me without using the app and get their food and leave before im even given my food.
Employees doesn’t take care of customers
I like this McDonald’s. Always fresh,always clean and friendly. Today was so nice atmosphere. Flowers everywhere.
