I work nearby, so I frequent this location for breakfast or morning coffee. On numerous occasions, I end up getting my morning meal and they don't give me the hash brown or the wrong sandwich all together. I've also ordered a Frappe in the past, get to the window and they are handing me an iced tea. I told them I ordered the frappe and the woman says, "no you didn't", even though i have the receipt showing frappe. I think I would know if I ordered a coffee vs an iced tea.
