We waited in drive-up at the speaker without acknowledgement for quite awhile. The line of cars was long. As we watched, a woman came from inside the store with a bag of food and got in her car (passenger). We realized she had time to order inside and come back to the car her companion was driving while they were stuck in line. We left the line and McDonald's.
I have never seen a McDonald's mess up a simple double cheeseburger with ketchup only order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Every time! I'm absolutely flabbergasted. They also do not have their customer service number posted anywhere in the building and you cannot reach the person listed on the one on the drive-thru window. I had to walk INTO THEIR KITCHEN to get help the last time I was there because no less than 4 employees looked at me standing at the counter, then walked away!! Absolutely HORRID establishment.
