I wanted to say I had exceptional service today thanks to MJ! He is a great example of how employees should treat their customers and their job!!!! I would highly recommend this mcdonalds! I travel and this is by far the best one I been to.
Seevice was hell sat in the drive through for 15 mins so i just left.
I have never received such bad service in my life. I was given the wrong food, and when I went to the counter to ask about it I was first ignored and the the manager, instead of offering to work with me to get the order fixed he said I was at fault and I got what I ordered. After repeated attempts to talk to the guy I asked for my money back and left with him still arguing with me. I said just give me my money so I can leave. I'm 66 years old and this is the only time I've felt it necessary to ask for my money back and leave... read more
Clean and courteous. The food is good. MJ even went around to check on people to see if they needed anything. Great service. Thank you.
