Melissa needs training or replaced! It took us a 30 min. Wait on an order while she quoted employee dating to a dasher. Maybe getting our order correct in a timely fashion would have been time well spent? Drive through and dash orders were being filled first, not ours! I ordered a burger with bacon and trimmings and got a big mac and lettuce!! The 30 min wait in a fast food resteraunt along with the free employee training offered, was absolutely horrible!!
Always get pulled forward for a quarter pounder and I have to wait 15 minutes for it to Brought out meanwhile it only takes 120 seconds for them to cook the meat fresh And there are several cars that just keep going through the drive-through meanwhile, there are several cars backed up, pulled forward and like this for years and my order, 8 out of 10 times is wrong
Order was wrong, phone is busy, and they even made sure my order was correct at the mic, but missed my sandwich at the receiving window. Now im out a sandwich I paid for and Noone answers the phone. Very disappointed. I hate going to that location... they ALWAYS get my order wrong. Pleasant people though.
I will always fix your food but they never get my coffee right
