I have been going to this McDonald's for years. In the past the managers and staff were amazing. They stayed open 24 hours. But now... I'm not sure what's going on. They seem understaffed, unorganized and extremely slow. Waited in drive thru line and was skipped 3 times. More than once this happened. Gave up and went inside to see a crowd waiting for their food, the maintenance man was taking orders trying to help, the customers telling me "good luck getting your food". It's absolutely awful now. Drive through times are fast, largely because they don’t have what you want or try to clear your order so fast they don’t accurately fill it. Things as simple as ketchup and jelly packs through can’t be filled because they are to busy dropping food on the floor.
