Ordered through the app. Waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru line is one thing - then you pull up and they only have one person taking orders and two people serving who didn’t know what they were doing. Watched one of the workers make iced coffees and then promptly pour them down the drain. Seems really unorganized. Waited 5 min at the second window when my order was sitting right there. Store and men's bathroom are filthy. NO SHAKES- big surprise, lazy manager didn't want to turn on the shake machine. Another customer asked for a bag and was told by a very rude employee that that employee was on a break.
