Placed a prefer I’ve been waiting 30 mins I was told I was waiting on fresh nuggets now all my other food is cold and I’m still waiting and they are closed. I’m calling a manager in the morning. Whoever the gentleman is with glasses was super rude and I’m still waiting and it’s 11:04 pm
We had an incredible experience thanks to sweet Angela. She made our visit such a positive experience. I have honestly never had someone so kind and helpful at a McDonald's restaurant, especially since the implementation of self ordering. She absolutely was a delight.
Placed an order today at the drive thru around 2:40pm. Only car in line, only ordered a burger. First window was fine, the window to pick up the order was not. Employee had her back to the window, on her phone. Laughing/smiling, not doing her job at all. Waited several minutes, at least 6 minutes as she never even glanced our way. When she finally looked away from her phone and turned, she grabbed the bag with the burger that had been sitting on the counter the entire time.
