Was disappointed to learn that they no longer have the hard shell for ice cream cones, but the ice cream machine was working, and I enjoyed a baby cone as a sweet treat! The staff at this location is always nice and efficient!
Thay gave us the same toy
30 mins sitting at 3 window for them to come ask what my order was… another 15 mins sitting bring food thrown together not even close to right. Then 6 mins for drinks. Very bad experience smh
There is a lady, im assuming the manager, who I've seen on multiple occasions be completely rude, and yell at both customers but also employees. She seems super hostile under pressure and she makes the environment of the restaurant very hostile and difficult to eat in and, I would assume, work in aswell. When a customer asked for a water cup, instead on politely informing them of the upcharge, she chose to yell and become aggressive to them for absolutely no reason.
